YAAO manufactures all replacement slurry pump parts which are fully fit for Warman and other OEM slurry pump parts.
The parts of slurry pumps can be categorized into three main areas: slurry pump wet parts , seal arrangement parts , drive arrangement parts, so our slurry pump parts are categorized according to this thinking.
Tobee’s foundry is a vertically integrated facility, with design, pattern prep, molding, casting, heat treating, machining and assembly. We can assure the customer of precise fit when the parts are installed in existing OEM frames and will operate mechanically and hydraulically as designed by the OEM.
YAAO offers a large variety of slurry pump parts including impellers, volute liners, throat bush, frame plate liner insert, expellers, pump cases, bearing assembly etc.
The rubber wet parts are great wear resistance and corrosion resistance, usually used for acid working conditions. Such as tailing in mining industry, slurry with small particles and no rough edges. The whole displacement part includes Cover Plate Liner, Throat bushing, Frame plate liner, Frame Plate Liner Insert. The rubber spare parts are made of Natrual Rubber, code is R55 and R38, which gurantees excellent performance including wear resistance, chemical resistance , waterproof and higher operating temperature range from -40-75.
The Rubber impeller dimension is same with High Chrome Alloy Impeller. We also could offer Rubber Slurry Pump with Metal Impeller. Impeller is the most important spare parts of a Centrifugal Slurry Pump. Centrifugal pumps need impeller to produce the centrifugal force which processing the slurries. The centrifugal force is generated by the impeller when it runs to a certain speed.
Rubber Pump Liners – Easily replaceable liners are bolted, not glued, to the casing for positive attachment and ease of maintenance. Hard metal liners are completely interchangeable with pressure molded elastomers. Elastomer seal rings back all liner joints.
